- Your “magic 8-ball” function and a reflection on why you programmed it that way: TBD
- For my teaching plan, I taught my table about Audacity, an incredible free and beginner-friendly audio editing software. I taught my tables the essential functions and tools of Audacity, and at the end of my lesson, I allowed them to play around with the software.
- One thing I learned from someone else’s teaching was Planet Painter, software for digital painting and creating 3D models of Earth. I didn’t know this software existed, and it’s an excellent tool for digital art/design creation.
- For my big project, I will create an online publication that discusses mental health and provides individuals with many mental health resources, news, and inspiration based on their needs/concerns. The purpose of my project is to bring awareness to the topic of mental health and its importance because keeping one’s mental health in check is just as critical as one’s physical health. The format of my project will be a website because it will provide me with several options for creativity and organization.
- The semester has been going great so far in terms of my learning. I have learned about multiple digital tools and concepts I was unaware of previously. I am excited to start working on my Big Project because I will know much more from experience and learn from others about what they did for theirs.
